I was tasked with designing a custom branding package for a high selling agent, for our luxury residential properties. The agent wanted a clean and modern design, using a mix of her brand color (purple) and the Equity Union colors (blue and white). The branding package is comprised of flyers, postcards and social media templates.

The company needed to rebrand their newsletter templates for the desert offices (Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage). The company's brand colors were different using serif fonts, and a warmer color palette to exude a desert feel.
This template was specifically designed for the Rancho Mirage office. It could be used as an email newsletter or printed as a foldable (double-sided) brochure on premium paper.
